    A Hawaiian Sacred Lomi massage is known as the "loving hands" massage. This name helps to explain its principles - the massage works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, allowing the recipient to relax and give in to the nurturing touch.

    Lomi lomi works from the belief that memories are not just stored in the mind, but may also be stored in the physical body. The long, continuous strokes of the massage are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviors, which can cause as much stress and strain as muscle tension.

    After a brief intake and discussion of health history and health goals, sessions may be adjusted accordingly.

    A Customized Massage is a massage session tailored to your needs at the time of your session. This could be a gentle/relaxing session or a more specific deep tissue/sports massage. This session may include hot stones, cupping, trigger point release and/or stretching, all depending on your areas of concern. After a brief intake/check-in, we’ll make a plan together for your session.
